Guest Engagement Coordinator, CRM Analytics

Description It’s Plein Air Agency is a leading marketing consultancy focusing on the restaurant and hospitality industry, providing solutions from Creative, Production, Media Strategy & Buying, Digital Content to Website and Mobile App development. We are a fully remote agency and are looking for remote talent to join our team! The Role You’re an analyst who wants to move into marketing. In this role, you’ll help build and launch campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and In-App for restaurant and retail brands. You’ll start with the work your analytical skills already prepare you for, then learn the rest on the job. Reports to: Guest Engagement Director What You’ll Do Pull and organize campaign performance reports, and help turn the numbers into client insights Build and QA audiences and segmentation in Braze and similar platforms Set up, QA, and launch campaigns; we’ll teach you the tools Spot delivery issues and anomalies quickly, and escalated them Track A/B tests from hypothesis to result Maintain the campaign calendar and keep creative approvals moving What You’ll Gain hands‑on CRM training, mentorship from the Account Manager, and a clear path to Specialist and Account Manager roles. Here, you’ll help decide what to do about them. Requirements 1–3 years in data analysis, reporting, or BI Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL is a plus Sharp attention to detail and clear communication A real interest in marketing Nice To Have retail or restaurant data experience exposure to a CRM platform #J-18808-Ljbffr Plein Air Agency
