GAP Claims Specialist

Reviewing and adjudicating claims for the GAP product, the full-time Ancillary Specialist will verify documents to ensure accurate loan adjustments or customer reimbursements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review and adjudicate GAP claims to determine the correct amounts for loans or customer reimbursements Verify multiple documents to ensure compliance and accuracy in claims processing Collaborate with team members to meet time-sensitive deliverables in a fast-paced environment Required qualifications High School diploma required; Bachelor or Associate degree preferred Knowledge of GAP and/or insurance claims is preferred Experience in a customer service role is advantageous Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Strong problem-solving skills to address challenging claims effectively
