Du gestaltest innovative Lösungen, die die Effizienz unseres Core Labs steigern, und leitest Kollegen fachlich an, um gemeinsam die Zukunft der diagnostischen Analytik bei Roche zu prägen. In Deiner neuen Rolle verbindest Du Statistik-Expertise mit moderner Software-Architektur in einem globalen, agilen Umfeld und bist maßgeblich für die Konzeption und Wartung unserer R-basierten Softwarepakete und Datenpipelines verantwortlich. Du wirkst direkt an der Schnittstelle zwischen Datenwissenschaft und globaler IT-Infrastruktur mit.**Die Chance*** Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Architektur komplexer R-Softwaresysteme und stellst deren langfristige Wartbarkeit sicher.* Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen und Entwicklung globaler Instrumente, die die Leistungsfähigkeit unserer statistischen Programmierung maximieren.* Du fungierst als Experte für hochwertige R-Lösungen und stellst sicher, dass interne sowie externe Anforderungen präzise erfüllt werden.* Kommunikation mit globalen IT-Teams und Integration von Lösungen in bestehende Infrastrukturen.* Du bietest technisches teamübergreifendes Mentoring an und entwickelst Standards sowie interne Leitfäden (z. B.
