Mid-Level Banking Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level banking associate to join its US banking and loan finance team in Boston, MA. The team represents lenders, private equity sponsors, and companies in various lending transactions, including acquisition finance and asset-based lending. Duties Work on a diverse portfolio of transactions for both borrowers and lenders. Engage in lines of credit, syndicated transactions, and direct lending. Participate in note purchase agreements and receivables financings. Contribute to equipment and structured financings. Requirements Significant transactional experience in bank financing transactions. Strong interpersonal skills for effective client interaction. Commitment to excellence and a collegial work environment. Preference for candidates with at least three years of relevant experience. Education Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Member of the Bar in the United States. Skills Ability to handle complex financial transactions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
