Insurance experience is not required. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Develop insurance quotes, make sales calls, and close sales. Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed. Develop ongoing networking relationships. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day. Qualifications You must be BILINGUAL in Spanish. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales goals and quotas. Enthusiastic belief in the role insurance and financial products play in people’s lives. Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior. Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening. Compensation: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
