Job Summary We are hiring a Candidate Engagement Specialist for physicians and advanced practice providers to join a centralized recruitment marketing and employer brand team. The role identifies, recommends, and executes talent attraction initiatives to fill physician and advanced practice provider openings across the HCA Healthcare enterprise, improving candidate engagement, quality and ROI across digital advertising, social media, job boards, email marketing, careers site, and employer content. Responsibilities Drive digital marketing campaigns, deliver new solutions, and track ROI for recruiting marketing at division, line of business and enterprise levels. Initiate creative problem‑solving and gain a thorough understanding of deliverable objectives. Lead groups in concepting, creating and implementing campaigns for multiple audiences across print, digital and video channels. Analyze recruitment marketing analytics and develop comprehensive strategies for ongoing optimization. Research market trends, challenges and new strategies, relaying findings to business leaders. Develop messaging and creative assets within employer brand guidelines. Lead meetings, provide recommendations and strategy on campaign efforts, and communicate ROI and results. Communicate at a high level across all levels of the organization, setting a creative vision and getting consensus from multiple partners. Collaborate with leaders, team members and external vendor partners to bring campaigns to life. Receive and give feedback in a professional manner. Champion big ideas and innovation. Contribute to brand strategy discussions to guide evolution. Develop expertise in assigned business areas. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphics, Communications or Public Relations preferred. At least 3 years of experience in a digital‑focused marketing role required. Experience with digital advertising including paid search engine marketing (SEM), social media, and job boards. Proficiency in employer content development (messaging, images, video, creative assets), Adobe Photoshop and InDesign experience is a plus. Experience with career website development, HTML and SEO/GEO is a plus. Knowledge of Salesforce, Google Analytics or similar, and ATS databases is a plus. Experience in employer reputation efforts (Glassdoor, Indeed, social media) is a plus. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and experience targeting Physician and Advanced Practice Provider audiences is preferred. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills, strong time‑management skills, and an organized approach to meeting deadlines on multiple projects. Comfortable working in a demanding, fast‑paced environment. Self‑motivated, proactive and committed to continuous growth.
