Maintenance Technician

Athos Properties Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Garden Cove Apartments (200 units) in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate should be able to interact with residents, prospects, fellow co-workers, and vendors. The candidate must demonstrate basic aptitude in apartment maintenance related areas and follow company policies and procedures. The Maintenance Technician should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and special training and/or experience in one or more of the following areas may be required: HVAC trained and certified Plumbing Electrical and Appliance Repair The Maintenance Technician is responsible for timely completion (within 24 hours) of service requests as assigned by his supervisor. Other duties include ongoing preventative maintenance, make‑ready maintenance, and other duties and projects deemed necessary by management. Participation in the maintenance on‑call rotation is required.
