Job Description
A great group is seeking Family Physicians for some of their locations near the Lavonia, Georgia area. These locations are situated in beautiful and charming small rural areas. One location is approximately 30 minutes from Athens, Georgia, while the other is about an hour away!
- BE/BC Family Medicine Physician
- 40 hours workweek; 3 8hr days, 1 10hr day, 1 6hr day (some flexibility in work schedule)
- Telephone call only - 1:3 coverage; after hours nurse triage answering service - directs patients to ER, or call office in am, or forwards call to on-call provider
- NO weekends
- About 20 ppd on average; underserved populations
- Will be seeing all ages.
- Open to Newer or Experienced Physicians
- Well established practices with experienced on-site practice managers; medical assistants, in-house labs and corporate support for facilities, personnel, benefits administration, etc
