Job Description OPENINGS 1st Shift/Second Shift Core Responsibilities Receive, pick, pack, stage, and ship inventory using RF scanners and a WMS Verify quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates for accuracy and traceability Perform quality checks to ensure shipments meet labeling and compliance standards Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts Maintain clean, organized dock and warehouse areas Support cycle counts, audits, and process improvement efforts Collaborate with Inventory Control and Quality teams Assist in other warehouse or distribution functions as needed Required Skills and Experience 1 to 3 years of warehouse or distribution experience Hands-on experience WMS Experience using RF scanning technology Strong attention to detail in high-volume operations Good communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to work overtime and weekends when required Material Handling Equipment certification preferred Education and Physical Requirements High school diploma required Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Comfort working on feet in a warehouse setting with frequent movement and interruptions This role supports warehouse and distribution operations by receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping inventory using RF scanners and a warehouse management system.
