CDL-A Team Drivers – Dallas to Atlanta Dedicated -Home Weekly Job Type: Driving

THE RUN

Dedicated lane, Dallas to Atlanta and back. You know exactly where you're going, you know exactly when you're coming home, and every load is drop and hook — no waiting at docks, no touch freight. Your team runs approximately 2.5 loops per week. Pick up in Dallas Tuesday afternoon, drop in Atlanta, pick up in Atlanta Wednesday afternoon, back to Texas. Consistent, predictable, repeatable. PAY Team gross average: $1,700 to $2,000 per driver per week $0.85 CPM — split equally between team Paid every Friday $15,000 team sign-on bonus — split between drivers, paid out over milestones Paid orientation: $200 per driver

HOME TIME

2 full days home every week Truck permanently assigned to your team — no slip seating

FREIGHT & EQUIPMENT

Dedicated lane — Dallas TX to Atlanta GA 100% drop and hook 2023 to 2027 Freightliner and International — all automatics Average truck age: 2 years EZ Pass and PrePass provided

BENEFITS

$10,000 life insurance Paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years (team rate: $37.50/hr) Rider and pet policy available (dogs under 50 lbs, $750 deposit)

REQUIREMENTS

Age 23 or older with valid Class A CDL Minimum 6 months OTR or regional experience in the last 12 months, or 12 months in the last 24 months No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, no more than 1 in a CMV in the last 12 months No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years No major moving violations in the last 3 years (15 over speeding, cell phone, reckless driving, following too close, improper lane change) No more than 8 jobs in the last 3 years No recent safety-related terminations #J-18808-Ljbffr Blue Ridge Haulers
