Bakery Prep Associate

The Bakery Perp Associate plays a critical support role in maintaining product presentation, organization, and retail readiness. The Bakery Prep Associate helps ensure that the bakery remains well-stocked, visually appealing, and compliant with food safety standards while supporting the overall efficiency of daily operations. Key Responsibilities Package and label baked goods accurately. Stock bakery shelves and displays. Assist with oven loading and product rotation. Monitor freshness and remove substandard items. Maintain clean and organized prep areas. Qualifications Food service or retail experience helpful but not required. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently. Positive, team-oriented attitude. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods. Comfortable working in warm environments.
