We're looking for a dependable and caring Dietary Aide to join our team. In this role, you'll help prepare and serve meals, maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment, and contribute to a positive experience for our residents every day.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous food service or dietary experience is a plus, but not required
Reliable and dependable
Ability to work well as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to work with residents and coworkers
Assist with meal preparation, portioning, and serving
Prepare and deliver meals and snacks according to established menus and dietary requirements
Assist residents with a pleasant and positive dining experience
Stock food, supplies, and kitchen items
Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas
Wash dishes and maintain kitchen equipment
Follow all state and federal food safety and sanitation guidelines
Follow facility policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure residents receive meals safely, accurately, and on time
