What You’ll DoAs a Superintendent, you’ll oversee and manage residential construction projects from start to completion—ensuring everything stays on track, on budget, and built to the highest standards.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the construction process
- Drive project timelines and maintain accurate job schedules
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
- Inspect work and enforce quality standards across all phases
- Accurately submit and manage cost variances
- 2–3 years of related construction experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel between communities required, including daytime and occasional nighttime travel)
- Ability to take ownership, go the extra mile, and follow through (Care)
- Strong customer mindset, turning challenges into positive experiences (Serve)
- Willingness to grow, adapt, and continuously improve (Improve)
