Capital Vacations is looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our Frontline Sales Team in Gatlinburg! You’ll meet with qualified guests who are already visiting the resort and scheduled to meet with our team—so there’s no cold calling or prospecting. Whether you have sales experience or come from hospitality, retail, restaurants, tourism, customer service, or another people-focused background, we’ll provide the training and coaching to help you succeed. Licensing Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain a Tennessee Timeshare/Real Estate License. Capital Vacations provides guidance, licensing support, and FULL reimbursement assistance.
