Job Overview:

Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment at Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center in Westwood, NJ. This position is ideal for nurses comfortable in a fast-paced critical care environment providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of ICU experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Active RN license required
• ACLS required
• BLS required
• NIHSS required
• Strong critical care and emergency response skills required

Required Skills:

• Cardiac monitoring and emergency response
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Multisystem organ dysfunction/failure management
• IV therapy
• Arterial line management
• Central line care/management
• Continuous IV sedation
• Titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips
• BiPAP/CPAP management
• Ventilator care
• ABG interpretation
• Airway suctioning (ETT/NT)
• Isolation precautions/PPE compliance
