Growing organization in the construction and off-site building manufacturing space is hiring a Project Coordinator to support projects from early setup through production. This role sits at the intersection of construction, carpentry, drafting, and panelized wall systems, making it ideal for candidates who understand how projects move from drawings to the shop floor and into the field.


This project coordinator supports drafting, engineering, production, and sales teams and plays a key role in keeping projects organized, accurate, and on schedule.


What You’ll Do as Project Coordinator


• Set up and organize project files for drafting and production


• Track projects through design, engineering review, and manufacturing


• Coordinate wall panels, framing packages, and specialty materials


• Complete basic material takeoffs and quantities for non-standard items


• Communicate with customers and internal teams to obtain production approvals


• Maintain clean, accurate documentation across multiple active projects


• Support drafters, engineers, production teams, and sales staff with coordination needs


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines

• AutoCAD or similar drafting software exposure is a plus
