ObGyn physician employment in Utah :

We are scheduling interviews with a physician-owned practice in Salt Lake City, UT, adding another Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to its team of Board-Certified OB/GYN physicians.

Practice Information:

• Outstanding work-life balance with a 1:7 call schedule (not required to stay in the hospital when on call). Surgical days are flexible.
• Work in a state-of-the-art office with well-trained staff and support
• Once a physician joins this practice, they rarely leave
• Partnership offered after two years (Being a partner allows the physician to tailor their practice to their personal needs, which as a physician varies from early to mid to late career.)
• $400,000-$450,000 base plus incentives, $20,000 signing bonus, $10,000 relocation
• Transition to a collections-based ?eat what you kill? production model with strong long-term earning potential (Most hit production in year 1!)
• 4 weeks vacation first year
