Job Title: PICU | RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 1421.85 - 1492.94

Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced respiratory therapy services in the pediatric intensive care unit.
• Manage ventilators, Bipaps, and aerosol treatments for critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams during daily rounding and procedures.
• Perform procedures such as intubation, arterial line insertion, and bedside bronchoscopy assist.
• Utilize new equipment including Puritan Bennet 980 ventilators, Vapotherm, Phillips V60+, Seimens EPOC bedside ABG analyzers.
