Maintenance Technician

The Wellington at Willow Bend is looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure our community continues to be a place residents are proud to call home.

In this role, you will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the property is beautiful, well-maintained, and operating smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Perform general appliance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Complete apartment turns and make-readies
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Promptly respond to service requests using our paperless system
• Maintain maintenance records and manage inventory
• Perform general carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and collaborate with vendors as needed
• Handle pool and grounds care; assist with snow removal when necessary
