About the RoleAs a Field Service Technician at REIC Rentals, you'll be the go-to technical expert ensuring our rental equipment performs at its peak-whether in our Morgantown, WV-based shop or out in the field. You'll play a hands-on role in supporting mission-critical operations across oilfield and construction job sites, performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of equipment. This position requires travel throughout Western Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, with occasional travel to South Plainfield, NJ, and Delaware. Overnight travel is required as needed, along with participation in a weekly on-call rotation.What You'll Bring3+ years of experience as a field technician in oilfield, construction, or heavy industrial settingsYour own set of toolsProven ability to troubleshoot and repair gas, diesel, HVAC, hydraulic, and lighting systemsStrong mechanical and electrical aptitude with hands-on experience across a diverse rental fleetComfortable working in harsh weather and physically demanding environmentsAbility to read technical documentation, schematics, and apply diagnostic toolsExcellent communication and customer service skills-you can clearly explain technical issues and build trust with customersCDL license is a plusClean driving record (MVR will be reviewed)Must be 21+ years of ageVeterans encouraged to apply! Join REIC Rentals - Where Expertise Meets OpportunityWe're not just renting equipment-we're building long-term partnerships with our customers.
