Requirements 21 years or older Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Experience working in restaurant/hotel setting (specific to bar) What we expect from you Ability to act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Officina Willingness to work and learn in a team environment A passion for food services Ability to adapt and make decisions quickly in a fast paced environment Maintain a positive and professional attitude with the team(s) Strive to present the best products Key Responsibilities Selling and serving food and beverages to guests at the bar Mix beverages in a fast paced work environment Be accountable for bar cash drawer and paperwork at the end of shift Communicate wine, liquor, and beer knowledge based on guests preferences/requests Greet guests warmly, making eye contact Provide guests with a premier dining experience Successfully work as a team player Be accountable for bar by restocking, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness Build a loyal guest base following Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods (8 hours or more) All employees are to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance (specifics will be provided) Creative Food Group strives to cultivate an inclusive work environment and is proud to celebrate diversity within our ranks.
