Residential Property Maintenance Technician (On-Call)

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across its communities. The role involves corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, as well as make-ready tasks under supervision. Regular on-site attendance is required and duties include responding to resident requests and upholding safety standards.
