Family Specialist — Foster & Adoption Support

RISE is seeking a Family Specialist to support foster, adoptive, and kinship families from our Tucson, AZ office. The role involves managing a caseload, training rotations, and coordinating with court and child welfare partners to ensure compliance and timely service delivery. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field, demonstrates strong writing and oral communication skills, has reliable transportation, and can travel up to 25% of the time.
