Job Summary:

Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Chestnut Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a beautiful modern 80-bed sub-acute rehabilitation and nursing facility nestled in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains. We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead our team of LPNs and C.N.As on night shifts, with a focus on providing top-notch care to our residents.

Your Role:

As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to our team, supervising staff, ensuring resident safety, collaborating with providers, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Perfect for experienced RNs seeking top pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support nursing staff on evenings and night shifts

• Assign workflow and manage safe care delivery

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Ensure infection control, accurate documentation, and emergency readiness

• Promote resident-centered care and communicate effectively

Qualifications:

• Active NY RN license

• 1+ years nursing experience (LTC or med/surg preferred)

• Strong leadership and clinical judgment
