• Day shift: $17.98/hr (6:00am - 6:30pm)
• Night shift: $19.54/hr (6:00pm - 6:30am)
• Unique rotating schedule: work only 15 days each month!

What's a typical day as Packaging Machine Operator ? You'll be:

• Operating and monitoring packaging machinery to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Performing visual and functional checks on products to ensure consistency.
• Reporting equipment, safety, productivity, or quality concerns to the Shift Supervisor.
• Following safety and quality assurance procedures, including personal protective equipment usage.
• Keeping your workstation clean and assisting with smooth shift handoffs.
• Collaborating with team members to resolve production issues and enhance efficiency.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have experience in manufacturing or production (preferred but not required).
• Possess basic math and reading skills (required).
• Can accurately follow safety and quality protocols.
• Are able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and manage standing, reaching, and bending tasks.
• Show strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Work well with others and support team-oriented shift changes.
