About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BHT Lead to join our team in Lake Montezuma, AZ. As a BHT Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of BHTs, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our clients. Your role will also involve:

• Supervising and mentoring a team of BHTs , providing ongoing training and feedback to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services
• Developing and implementing care plans , in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team, to ensure optimal client outcomes
• Coordinating client services , communicating with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
• Monitoring client progress , identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance care outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a behavioral health setting

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work) preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team , with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills , with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
