Care Manager RN

This position will float between units based on needs. On-call duties are not required. Weekend work is required every other weekend. Block schedules are required. The expected patient-to-nurse ratio is 24:1. Special requirements include three years of inpatient care management experience. The successful candidate must be able to balance schedules to support vacations, time off, and PTO utilization. Behavioral health experience does not count towards the three years of experience required. Candidates must have a vehicle for this assignment. Travelers are expected to float to other units based on their skill sets. Further floating to facilities may be necessary based on the needs of the organization. Candidates must commit to working a minimum of three of the five major holidays. All requests for time off must be submitted up front during the application process. Inflexibility beyond the contracted schedule may lead to termination of the contract. Candidates must include references covering their experience within the last three years during the compliance process prior to starting. Travelers may face potential termination of assignment for refusal to float as needed.
