Conviva Specialty Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for an Outpatient General Cardiologist. You will work onsite at the Conviva clinic in Orlando, FL and report to the Director of Cardiology. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients with cardiovascular diseases and conditions.

Manage chronic cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and hypertension.

Interpret cardiovascular diagnostic studies, including ECGs, echocardiograms, ambulatory monitoring, and stress testing.

Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based clinical guidelines.

Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, advanced practice providers, and care teams to coordinate patient care.

Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine

Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and cardiovascular disease fellowship

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease

Valid, unrestricted license in the state of practice (or willing to obtain)

At least 2 years of outpatient cardiology experience

Current unrestricted DEA license, or must obtain

Diagnosing and managing cardiovascular diseases and conditions

Work in a collaborative, team-based care environment

Working with Medicare and senior populations

Training or certification in echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, or cardiovascular imaging

If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $360,500 - $495,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
