Job Title: Order Picker

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Order Picker to ensure the accuracy and quality of orders before they are dispatched for shipping. This role involves checking picked orders for errors, lifting weights of 30-40lbs throughout the day, and performing quality inspections. You will work with RF Scanners and pick links to upload correct documentation and verify all orders for 100% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure picked orders are accurate and error-free before shipping.
• Perform quality inspections on products to check for mistakes.
• Assist in picking orders as needed.
• Use RF Scanners and pick links to handle documentation.
• Verify all orders for 100% accuracy.
• Break down bulk orders into smaller orders per location.
• Use work orders to verify products and amounts needed.
• Count each pair of socks to ensure accuracy.
• Enter data into computers and print shipping labels.
• Verify the accuracy of product type and quantity multiple times.

Essential Skills

• Experience in picking, packing, and order picking.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners and performing warehouse tasks.
• Ability to perform product verification and inventory tasks.
• General labor skills related to warehouse operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift 30-40lbs regularly.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and label printing.

Work Environment

Work in an open warehouse environment where standing for the entire shift is required. The dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, and tennis shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Mankato, MN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in North Mankato,MN.
