– Float between outpatient clinics across three regions in the Seattle/Puget Sound area to support various specialties and address same-day staffing needs – Prepare patients for examinations, document medical histories, and assist providers during clinical procedures – Chart patient information accurately using EPIC electronic health records system – Communicate effectively with patients and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations – Follow clinic protocols and maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards

– At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant in an outpatient clinic setting – Experience working in adult outpatient, pediatric outpatient, or family practice clinics – Proficient in charting using EPIC electronic medical record system – Ability to float across multiple clinics and regions within the Seattle area – Reliable transportation to support daily travel between clinics

– Current valid state license as a Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C); compact license accepted – Must have at least one year of relevant outpatient experience – Ability to work a day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm – Willingness to work 3 out of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) – Must be available to receive shift schedules via text and arrive promptly at the start time – Reliable transportation and ability to float between clinics in different regions of Seattle – Previous experience with EPIC charting preferred but not required for first-timers – Candidates must be within a 50-mile radius of the Seattle area; local candidates are preferred
