Overview Caregiver / Personal Attendant / Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Martinez, CA Location: Martinez, CA Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour Thrive Support Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Caregiver / Personal Attendant to provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role focuses on empowerment through helping with daily tasks and fostering independence. Responsibilities Support developmentally disabled clients with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, meal planning and preparation, and light housekeeping Assist with medication administration as needed Support community outings and activities to promote independence Qualifications At least one (1) year of experience as a caregiver or in-home aide, preferably with adults with developmental disabilities High level of accountability and dependability Ability to provide hands-on care including bathing, dressing, changing etc. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Valid California Driver License and access to a reliable vehicle Must pass DOJ fingerprinting/criminal background check CPR/First Aid certification and TB test results Valid auto insurance with $100,000-$300,000 bodily injury liability Benefits Full-Time (30+ hours per week) Health & Wellness benefits; benefits may vary by level $450 hiring bonus Dental & vision coverage Mileage reimbursement Flexible Spending Account Employee assistance program Employer matching 401k About Our Organization Thrive Support Services was founded in 2007 to help adults with developmental disabilities Thrive in their own homes and communities.
