Maintenance Manager (Plastic Molding) - PSC31026 Compensation: $75,000 $120,000 Base/ Year Type: Full-Time | Permanent Location: Based near Syracuse, NY Industry: Industrial Equipment | Plastic Blow molding Position Overview A leading plastics manufacturing facility is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager and mid-level maintenance professionals to join a high-performing team. This is a hands-on, operationally critical role in a climate-controlled, high-volume production environment utilizing state-of-the-art blow molding and pakcaging machinery. The ideal candidates are safety-driven, technically skilled, and ready to support continuous production excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead, coordinate, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance across a diverse range of plastic molding equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production. Implement process improvements and support engineering initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency. Supervise, mentor, and support maintenance teams, fostering professional development and accountability. Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all maintenance activities. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
