Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

Responsibilities Staff Registered Nurses are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, providing assessments, treatment and care on assigned units. Staff will provide care for patients throughout the continuum of care, including management of pain, invasive lines, and surgical drains. They will practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal, and hospital policies, consistently demonstrating behaviors that model Southwest Healthcare’s Core Values and hospital mission statement. Employees may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.
