2nd Shift Warehouse Order Selector * Perishable & Freezer Only Facility*

Position Overview Keep our communities fed. As a Warehouse Selector, you’ll pick, gather & organize product and prepare orders for delivery to local customers. Compensation and Schedule Earn $18 per hour + $1.50 (cooler/freezer premium) + $1.00 shift differential (4:00p.m.–4:00a.m.) + Incentive and Attendance Pay (once you qualify). Full-time, 2nd shift, 3:00p.m. until completion, (Sunday‑Friday), 5 days on / 2 days off. Location 3100 Holcombe Blvd., Houston, Texas 77021 Responsibilities Pick various items using order sheets or an audio headset. Stack items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors. Ensure accuracy of orders while adhering to safety standards. Operate a double walkie‑rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases of products from storage racks and place them on pallets, applying selection labels to appropriate cases (not in all cases). Utilize proper wrapping techniques to ensure product safety and prevent damage. Inform supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or description. Perform equipment inspections and complete appropriate forms. Frequent safe lifting of varying case weights, shapes, and height levels. Follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures. Physical Demands Continually standing, bending, pulling, lifting, and pivoting up to 90% of the shift. Walk between 6–12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete, tile, and carpet. Frequently lift products weighing between 1–60lbs. or more, including floor to overhead ranges. Work on multiple levels of varying height and safe handling of sharp objects such as box‑cutting tools. Benefits Paid training provided. Weekly pay.
