Caregiver / CNA - Join our Supportive & Welcoming Team! (Assisted Living FT/PT)

Atlas Living

ABOUT US & THE ROLE
Atlas Living is a small, owner-operated residential care home in San Clemente serving six residents. Our goal is to provide high-quality, consistent care in a calm, supportive home environment where residents feel safe, respected, and well cared for.

We take pride in running a well-organized home that emphasizes dignity, attentiveness, and genuine human connection. The right team member is someone who is dependable, observant, and naturally caring—someone who notices when a resident needs extra support, takes the time to listen, and treats each resident with patience and respect.

This role is a good fit for someone who values doing things the right way, understands the responsibility that comes with caregiving, and wants to work in a home where thoughtful care, clear expectations, and teamwork matter.

Caregivers are expected to communicate clearly, use patience-based techniques, and respond appropriately to behaviors related to memory loss.

Follow care plans, infection control practices, and safety protocols at all times. Immediately report concerns, incidents, or changes in resident condition to the appropriate supervisor.

Resident Well-being:
Support residents' physical, emotional, and mental well-being while promoting independence where appropriate. Treat all residents with respect and compassion, ensuring dignity, privacy, and comfort in every interaction.
