Core Responsibilities Process payrolls accurately and on time for clients Send payroll deduction spreadsheets to clients Maintain payroll tax compliance Support year‑end reporting Prepare and send accurate client invoices Reconcile carrier premium statements Resolve discrepancies in a timely and documented manner Complete monthly reconciliations for clients Payroll Deduction Reporting Prepare and audit payroll deduction spreadsheets Ensure benefit elections align with payroll deductions Deliver accurate deduction reports to clients on schedule Compliance & Documentation Maintain audit‑ready financial records Support ACA documentation Document and maintain SOPs Qualifications 2 years of payroll or billing experience Strong Excel skills Experience reconciling financial data Detail‑oriented and dependable Comfortable working independently within structured processes What Success Looks Like Payroll processed 100% on time Billing is accurate to the penny Clean reconciliation reports No missed deadlines Clear, organized documentation Pay $23.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Zinn Insurance Agency
