Responsibilities Execute high-quality finish carpentry , including: Trim work, doors, casing, base, crown, scribe, and detail work Cabinet installation, cabinetry support, and finish adjustments Perform general carpentry and interior construction , including: Framing modifications, blocking, backing, and layout work Understanding structural vs. finish requirements Assist with or perform tile installation support : Layout, prep, backer systems, waterproofing awareness, and detail alignment Perform painting and finish prep : Surface prep, patching, sanding, caulking, and finish-ready results Read plans, elevations, and details with accuracy and intent Coordinate work with other trades to ensure clean transitions and finishes Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites at all times Take ownership of your work from rough-in through final punch Qualifications Requirements (Read Carefully) We are serious about who we bring onto our team.
