Outpatient Licensed Therapist / Mental Health Professional / Part Time

Position Summary We are hiring for an Outpatient Licensed Therapist / Mental Health Professional (Part Time) at Salisbury Behavioral Health, part of RHA Health Services. The role is a Regular, fee‑for‑service position located in Bethlehem, PA, primarily within the schools of the Catasauqua Area School District. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy within the outpatient program, primarily located in the school district setting. Complete initial assessments, treatment plans, and updates within established program timelines. Maintain compliance with CASSP principles and principles of cultural competence. Maintain compliance with the Medical Assistance and Managed Care regulations in accordance with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s outpatient program regulations. Communicate with families, schools, school districts, managed care organizations, referral sources and other providers to ensure satisfaction with services received, continuity of care, and promote quality client care. Promote program growth and quality of services. Maintain productivity and complete documentation within established guidelines. Attend staff training and supervisions as assigned. Assist in the preparation process prior to external/internal audits and reviews. Participate in commercial insurance credentialing process and maintain eligibility. Qualifications Master’s level therapist with license as Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania. Graduate degree with field placement in psychology or related field. Valid driver’s license. Previous experience working with children and families in an outpatient setting. Experience with children’s behavioral health issues in an outpatient or similar level of care.
