Depending on experience and department needs, there may also be opportunities to provide coverage in the ICU.Caseload & Clinical Environment\n You'll work with patients presenting with a variety of diagnoses, including:\n \n Orthopedic conditions and total joint replacements\n Neurological conditions, including stroke\n Medical patients\n General ICU patients when appropriate\n Acute inpatient rehabilitation needs\n \n The department typically has 6–7 PTs working each day, along with 2 PTAs and rehab aides, providing a strong team environment.Schedule\n \n 4x10-hour shifts\n 7:30 AM–6:00 PM\n Approximately 10–12 patients per day\n Rotating weekends, approximately every 4th weekend\n Holiday coverage as needed\n Typically 2–3 days of department-specific orientation\n Travelers should plan for 5x8s Monday–Friday during initial onboarding\n Requirements\n \n Active Idaho PT license\n BLS\n Minimum 1 year of licensed PT experience in Acute Inpatient or Rehab\n First-time travelers are welcome\n EPIC EMR\n ICU coverage may be based on prior experience and facility need\n Facility has a 50-mile radius rule\n Why Twin Falls?\n Twin Falls is a fantastic assignment for someone who loves the outdoors. It’s a mix of **Acute Inpatient + Acute Rehab**, with possible ICU coverage depending on experience. Caseload is around 10–12 patients/day, and the regular schedule is **4x10s, 7:30–6:00**. They require at least 1 year of licensed Acute Inpatient or Rehab experience, but **first-time travelers are welcome**.
