Overview The Million Dollar Plumber (MDP) equips plumbing business owners with the tools, strategies, and support they need to master the business side of plumbing. Through our online Success Academy, hands-on coaching, and private community, we help everyday plumbers turn their trade into thriving, self-sustaining, highly profitable businesses—creating freedom today and a lasting legacy for tomorrow. We’re looking for a full-time, remote Digital Marketing Manager who can combine strategy, creativity, and analytics to grow our brand, fuel lead generation, and make an impact in the lives of plumbing entrepreneurs. What You’ll Do Run digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube). Write engaging content for email sequences, social posts, and ads that connect with plumbing business owners. Manage and optimize paid campaigns with A/B testing and performance reporting. Create and manage our website, funnels, and content optimized for lead generation. Collaborate with designers, video editors, and our coaching team to deliver a consistent brand experience. Stay ahead of trends, algorithms, and competitor moves to keep MDP sharp. What We’re Looking For Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment, moves fast, and loves making an impact and is also strategic, creative, and analytical. Proven experience planning, launching, and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and A/B testing. 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (coaching/education brand experience a plus). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Proficiency with HubSpot (A MUST), WordPress, email marketing, and social media management tools. Experience with Google Analytics, data reporting, and campaign optimization.
