The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical expertise, sound judgment, accountability, and a commitment to service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled, evidence-based intraoperative nursing care for complex open?heart surgical proceduresCollaborate effectively with surgeons and surgical teams to facilitate safe, efficient operationsEnsure adherence to sterile technique, clinical standards, and best practices in cardiac surgerySupport patients and their families with professionalism, compassion, and clear communicationParticipate in scheduled Open-Heart Call and demonstrate flexibility to support Mid shifts as neededQualificationsBSN preferred or Commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.Current RN licensure requiredThree years or more Operating Room experience requiredTwo-Three years of Open-Heart Team circulating and scrubbing experienceCompensation & Bonus EligibilityEligible candidates with verified CVOR experience may qualify for a $50,000 sign?on bonus, paid over a 24?month period.Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
