Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor (Full-Time | Monday–Friday Schedule) Step into a leadership role where you can make an impact every day. Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a driven and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our plant operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in driving productivity, quality, and teamwork. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run efficiently while fostering strong communication and accountability across departments. What You’ll Do Supervise and support all production and plant employees Plan and stage daily work by department to meet production goals Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards Foster clear communication across departments to ensure smooth operations Coach, motivate, and develop team members Step in as needed to support production activities and maintain workflow What We’re Looking For Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and accountability Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required College degree is a plus Why Join Prudential Overall Supply?
