Job#: 3052400 Job Description Quality Assurance Consultant III Location: Plano, Texas (Hybrid) Duration: 12 months Role Overview We are seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant with over eight years of experience to test and deliver complex software requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure that software meets functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements through comprehensive testing. This role involves leading test planning, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to an Agile development environment. Key Responsibilities Lead test planning and test case reviews to ensure thorough coverage. Develop and execute manual and automated test suites for UI and API testing. Condition and generate test data for various testing scenarios. Implement and maintain test automation frameworks, identifying opportunities for automation. Communicate test results, report defects with clear background information, and assist with defect triage. Create and manage traceability throughout the development lifecycle. Maintain and catalog test suites across all test types, including Smoke, Integration, and Regression. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Required Qualifications Experience A minimum of 8 years of experience in the following areas: UI and API test automation with Java using Selenium and RestAssured. Handling Jenkins along with GitHub or BitBucket for continuous integration. Agile methodologies and active participation in Agile ceremonies. Performance testing. Experience with Jira. Technical Skills Java Selenium RestAssured Jenkins GitHub/BitBucket Jira Preferred Qualifications Lean Agile Certification.
