Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Job Title Travel RN - Telemetry (Night Shift) Location Wichita, Kansas Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) | Onsite Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a 36-bed Neuro Trauma / Telemetry unit with a patient ratio of 1:6
- Monitor and assess telemetry patients throughout the night shift in an acute care hospital setting
- Operate and manage unit equipment including Kangaroo Pumps
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
- Perform and assist with unit procedures including bubble studies and EEG monitoring
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Patient Care Techs and Unit Clerks
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Telemetry experience
- Minimum 2 years of overall nursing experience
- NIH Stroke Scale certification
- Experience with Meditech EMR
- Positive, engaged attitude with flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Join a well-staffed, experienced Neuro Trauma Telemetry unit with a consistent team structure across both day and night shifts
- 13-week travel contract with a projected start date in Summer 2026, offering a defined and plannable assignment
