Clinical Study Manager

Managing FSP resources, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Study Oversight will ensure quality and compliance in clinical trials while serving as a key contact for supplier-related concerns and overseeing performance metrics. Key responsibilities: Mentor and support the professional development of Study Oversight Managers Manage FSP supplier resource allocation and performance from study startup to close-out Identify and resolve quality and trial delivery issues, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders Required qualifications: Doctorate degree with 2 years of clinical execution experience, or Master's degree with 6 years, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years, or Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of clinical execution experience Minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams Experience in clinical research within a biopharmaceutical or CRO environment Understanding of local regulatory requirements for global clinical trials Proven ability to manage multiple teams across various clinical functions
