We are Canteen.Job Summary This individual will uphold the vision of the Financial Division to ensure service-oriented customer relationship management and efficient financial operationsKey Responsibilities: Review service and equipment forms for accuracy and completeness before billing Communicate with internal teams to gather missing information and resolve billing issues Enter and maintain financial and operational data in accounting systems Assist in compiling data for monthly financial reports Maintain organized records of invoices, forms, and supporting documentation Reconcile inventory across routes and warehouse locations by comparing system data to physical counts and operational records Partner with operations teams to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, ensuring accurate and timely adjustments Follow established accounting procedures and internal controls to ensure data accuracy Provide general administrative and accounting support to the finance team as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting, or equivalent education with ability to demonstrate an understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) Some familiarity with an ERP system preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Teams Ability to analyze information and resolve issues Demonstrates strong attention to detail, communication skills, data entry skills, and math skills Associates at Canteen are offered many fantastic benefits.
