RN Unit Manager

Dellridge Health & Rehabilitation Center in Paramus, NJ is hiring an RN Unit Manager to lead nursing care on one of our units. What You'll Do Manage daily nursing operations and resident care on your assigned unit Supervise and support Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on the unit Ensure care plans are followed and documentation stays current and compliant Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the Director of Nursing (DON) on resident status and unit needs Help maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards on the unit Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey — required Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting — required Previous unit management or nursing supervisory experience strongly preferred What We Offer A family-owned organization — the Friedman family has been providing dignified care for over 35 years Nursing Homes A warm, close-knit, homelike facility in Paramus with a strong team culture Support from an established multi-facility network (Family of Caring Healthcare System)
