Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts seeks a part-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and serve customers in our retail store. In this role, you’ll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. Responsibilities include consultative selling, register transactions, merchandising, and maintaining product displays. You’ll support school programs, share product and music-education knowledge, and help meet store goals. Ideal candidates have retail or music sales experience, strong communication skills, basic instrument familiarity, and a passion for supporting music education in a collaborative, student-focused environment.
