Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid certification as a School Psychologist
• Prior experience in school settings preferred
• Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams—including educators, administrators, and families
• Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills
• Familiarity with developing IEPs, conducting functional behavior assessments, and progress monitoring
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
• Compassionate, student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to guide interventions and recommendations
• Provide individual and group counseling to support student wellness and success
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and case conferences
• Support students, staff, and families through consultation and advocacy
• Develop and lead evidence-based prevention and intervention programs
• Help create a positive and inclusive school environment by addressing barriers to learning
• Maintain accurate, confidential records according to school and legal guidelines
