POSITION SUMMARY The Provider is responsible for delivering expert, personalized medical care while serving as a trusted partner in each patient’s health journey. This role combines clinical expertise with patient education and individualized treatment planning, ensuring patients feel informed, confident, and supported in achieving their health goals. THE LIMITLESS WAY IN ACTION Excellence: Deliver high-quality, individualized care that exceeds expectations Empowerment: Educate patients to feel confident and in control of their health decisions Expertise: Apply advanced clinical knowledge with precision and professionalism Efficiency: Provide streamlined, well-communicated care plans and follow-up Empathy: Foster trust through respectful, supportive, and judgment-free care PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Care & Treatment Planning Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical exams Order and interpret labs to develop personalized treatment plans Deliver treatments aligned with patient goals and medical best practices Educate patients on treatment options, protocols, and expected outcomes Provide clear guidance on lifestyle, wellness, and long-term health optimization Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care decisions Patient Experience & Communication Use clear, direct, and reassuring communication Build trust and long-term relationships with patients This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a team-first mindset. All team members are expected to support clinic operations and patient needs as they arise, within the scope of their role and licensure. Partner with PRCs, PEMs, and clinical staff to ensure seamless care delivery Support a unified, team-based approach to patient experience Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic environment LIMITLESS WAY STAFF EXPECTATIONS At Limitless, every team member is responsible for the full patient experience—not just their individual role.
